Failure to launch
Guys, It can't be this difficult to upgrade an existing contract. I had to re-apply 4 times today. And everytime you reach a call center agent he deletes the order to get it on his name and it doesn't work. I'm going in circles. Please take my money. Get the confirmation department to contact me on order *** so I can get my phone please!
