FAILURE TO HONOUR CONTRACT OFFER

Poor customer service : Note that I have been promised a cell phone contract telephonically ( from the retentions department ) and Vodacom refused to honour same . Despite numerous calls and liaisons at the Vodaworld branch , I have still not heard from the said Department regarding my said query. ( even though it was logged on system after a long branch visit to expedite same , I have to date not had my case addressed ) To add insult to injury , I have rather received an sms advising me that my case has been closed .
