Failure to fix my phone

I sent my contract phone for repairs as it was not charging, I took the phone to Vodacom Jabulani Repairs I got the phone back on 05/04/2015 job number ***2. it ha a sticker written \REFURBISHED"upon its return. It was working fine and looking brand new up until Thursday (21/05/2015) it did not charge again. I took the phone back to Vodacom Jabulani Repairs (job number ***8) and then today I got a call from Repairs"
