Failure to execute a cancellation instruction

I have a data contract that expired in March 2017. However, despited repeated requests to cancel the contract, the instruction has not been carried out and Vodacom continues to charge me each month.

Requests to be contacted by Vodacom have been repeatedly ignored. Perhaps they will respond to this message?

If this matter is not resolved, I will instruct my bank to reverse all debit orders from April 2017 onwards.

Vodacom, you have 24 hours in which to get in contact with me. Please contact me via e-mail, as I am based in the UK and the HelloPeter form only allows for SA mobile numbers. If there is a way in which I can be messaged through HelloPeter, I'll provide contact details.
