failure to do anything

<p>So i have been struggling with vodacom for a long time now yes they are going to send me a reply we are sorry about what hapend to you we want to help you resolve your problem like that ever hapens i have at least 10 recordings of the people who are supposed to help me and have i been helped sofar i would love to play each of those recordings to the CEO yust to show how they say that they would help me and yet no help till this day 26 October 2016 i requested that the money that was to be refunded to be paid into my personal account 7 days went by on 9 October 2016 i called yet again same story but this time it was 7-14 working days today on 14 October 2016 i called again same story you yust move the date on if there is someone who knows how to help me please do i also want to play each recoded call i made to vodacom and report each and every person who helped me actually i cannot say they helped me at all because my problem is still not solved and to the person at vodacom solutions who is going to reply to this lets hope there is at least one person that can actually solve my problem and if you reply yust to tell me it will take another 7-14 working days please feel free to leave your name so that i can report you as well thank you very much for no help at all i can see why vodacom is a leading service provider they should change it</p>
