FAILURE TO DISCLOSE & MISLEADING INFO
I have a very serious problem with Vodacom. When I was offered a contract by Vodacom, the consultant failed to disclose to me that Vodacom charges a R100.88 penalty fee for a bounced debit order and also when I asked if it is a month to month contract, she said it was… now I find out i’m in a 36 month contract??? I have raised my concerns with different consultants at Vodacom but with no solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VODACOM!!

03 Sept 2026, 09:52They also have increased my contract amount 3 times in a 9 month period? How is this possible in a contract with an agreed upon amount, when I ask them to send me my contract where these increases were stipulated, they are unable to send it to me!
