Failure to debit account

I have two contracts with vodacom. The first was effective as of May this year, and the second was effective as of 3 weeks ago. Up until the purchase of the second contract, I have had no problems with vodacom whatsoever. Service was great, account was debitted and paid for without issue. This month though is a different story. Upon the purchase of the second contract, I told the sales agent that I would like the additional contract to be debited from my bank account every month as with the first contract. However, this did not happen. My first contract went off as usual on the 1st of september, but my second contract still has not been debited. For the past week now I have been receiving sms's daily, telling me to arrange payment for the account. I immediately contacted vodacom on 082111 to let them know what the problem is, and was told my account would be debited within three days, and that to my shock and surprise, my account is actually sitting in arrears of R627.00 which is absolute nonsense, as my account has been debitted every month up until now, and both my contracts have fixed costs. Although I did incur some additional charges with the purchase of the second contract, by no means were they that high. Today I went into my Local vodacom store with the intention to have this matter resolved, as it is causing me stress and worry because NEVER have I EVER had any trouble paying my accounts. I asked the sales agent to please look and see if there was a pending debit order due to my account, as it hasn't come off as yet, and he told me he didn't have access to my account and that I should just pay the account myself instead of waiting for the debit. I proceeded to tell him that I cant just pay it over, because I need to wait for the debit order to come off, so that I can see how much Vodacom would be debitting, as I dont want to have to pay the same amount twice a if Vodacom debitted the full Amount in arrears. I then asked him to please explain the R627.00 charge to me, so that I could understand it a bit better ( to me it looks like an extra charge that shouldn't be there, but this is why i asked for an explanation). I was once again told that he couldn't access my account. I went onto my Vodacom app in the store and showed him my invoice, on my phone, and all I got was alot of "it could be" "Im not really sure" and that I should just call accounts Department very quickly because they aren't there for very long on a sunday. Finally i asked him to please activate CLIP services on my new contract, and was told sorry no can do "your account is block/on a hold due to collections of funds. " That really and truly sent me off the edge, as like i said previously, I always pay my accounts on time, and now i'm being harassed and made to feel like **** by vodacom to pay over money that they should have debited in the first place. I work Long hours, and I cannot make/ recieve personal calls at work. I try communicating with Live Messaging via the vodacom website, and I always get told that the person im talking to can't help me, and upon transfer to another agent who can help, I ALWAYS get cut off. When I do eventually get home from work, I do not have the time to hold for ages until a operator becomes available to talk to at the call center. As a final resort, I attempt finding a email address for vodacom customer care, as this is the only option for me that is the least troublesome, only to find that vodacom has done away with EMAIL. Please vodacom this is not my fualt, you should have debited my account. You never. Please stop making this my Issue. I am being harassed for a payment you should have taken yourself, and now I cant even receive simple services due to you blocking my account. This is causing me a great deal of worry, and it really shouldn't have to. This is not Fair.
