Failure to deactivate services not part of the package

I got Un upgrade and on the Vodacom brochure it clearly stated the monthly installment will be R549. 00. After signing all the paper work at Vodacom Randburg Square, the consultant who assisted me said that I must call Vodacom on the 1st of November to cancel the bonus 50 minutes and bonus 1gig which will make my bill be R729.00. When I called Vodacom they said that I must go cancel the bonus allocations at the store that I got the upgrade from. I went to the store twice and the consultant Sindi sent through a request to Vodacom for them to cancel it. She said she will give me a call and I never got the call to confirm that it's been deactivated because that's not what the promotional deal said on the brochure. I had to pay R729. 00 in November because they failed to deactivate those services, now it's the 1st of December and I see that the 10gig and 50minutes has been allocated to me. I will not pay R729. 00 for a second month when I upgraded to pay R549. 00 pm. Vodacom is forcefully deducting money from my account for services I did not agree to. The store and Vodacom itself has failed to deactivate the services. I am really ****ed off and I would appreciate this to be sorted out asap.
