Failure to communicate

For a communication company, Vodacom isn't really living up to its standards. I have been applying to positions which I am fully experienced in but never received any feedback whatsoever. I believe they advertise as a mere formality when in fact they already have their candidate, which isn't fair seeing how costly it is to apply for a job.
