FAILURE TO CANCEL CONTRACT POOR SERVICE AND *******

I refer to cellphone number ********** 701 account number S ********** -7 which is out of contract 8 April 2017. I called ********** and requested to convert the existing contract to pay as you go. I was told by the call centre that as from 1 April this would be converted to pay as you go. To date nothing has happened. I have recieved my April statement stating this has not been cancelled and to make matters worse they are still charging me handset subscription of R263.16 why am I being charged this is nothing but *******. As I work out of South Africa most of the time and cannot call the call centre as they do not have an international number and I have sent an email on Tuesday to ********** asking why the contract has not been cancelled as per my call to ********** when I was in SA, to date I have received no reply. I have sent a second request on 8 April again no reply. I want this contract moved to pay as you go immediately as the contract is longer valid and ensure that the amount on my latest statement will not be debited to my account.

Dear Johnny Lee,
Once a contract is converted to prepaid, it is active automatically.
This means that you would need to load on airtime (within 24 hours) from the time its on Prepaid.
