Failure to attend to *****
I had received a ***** message from vodacom about someone SIM swaping my card and I called them to block and flag my number on Friday 30/11/2018
I was told it is blocked and flagged for ***** and I should go to the nearest branch to solve the issue I went to sandton city .the consultant said unfortunately I need to get a new number so I did however today I find out that my number is still active and the person has requested R1500 as me to my contacts off which so far the person has received money .
I don't seem to be helped because vodacom consultants said they don't have much control why do we rica sim cards if we struggle on identifying who's the rightful owner of a number in such cases
