Failing to review my profile

<p>I have an existing data contract with Vodacom. On 23 July 2016 I went to Vodacom in Mooiriviermall Potchefstroom to apply for a wifi router contract. I had my ID and proof of residence but not the 3 month bank statement. I was told that it is not needed as I already have an existing contract with Vodacom. I completed the application form and copies was made of my ID and proof of residence. The staff then informed me that my profile needs to be reviewed as I currently do no qualify for any wifi router contract. They contacted head office and it was confirmed that the profile will be reviewed within 6 hours. The staff at Vodacom assured me this is minor and will be sorted out very soon. On 31 July 2016 I went back to Vodacom to find out what is going on, they told me that head office is very busy as Vodacom is changing their systems but my profile will be reviewed. Another week later, 7 August 2016, I was at Vodacom again. This time they informed me that my 3 month bank statement is needed for my profile review. On 8 August 2016 I supp**** them with the bank statements. No correspondence from Vodacom, so on 14 August 2016 I was at Vodacom again. No success. Yesterday, 17 August 2016, I was there again...still my profile remains untouched leaving me without a wifi router contract. How many times more must I visit Vodacom the receive feedback? I long and difficult can it be to review a profile which was indicated as minor? I demand feedback from Vodacom regading my updated profile. Do not even bother to contact me if my profile is not reviewed!!!</p>
