Failing to pay my refund
Poor service, endless turnaround time on customer queries. I asked for refund on 05.03.2021 till today nothing is happening all I am getting is new ref numbers that are useless. They are good in remind us about Ts&Cs but they also fail to honor their promises. I need my refund
