Failing miserably on numerous occassions

To whom it may concern.

A signed quote and instruction was emailed to Vodacom the end of February 2016. This was repeated several times until and including the end of March 2016.

As per quotes received (more than 1 x quote was requested by myself).

(A) Balance of contract = R0.00

(B) Equipment (device) = R0.00

(C) Unbilled usage = R0.00

(D) Deposits due to client = R0.00

(E) Outstanding account balance = R0.00

A+B+C+D+E = R0.00 amount due (as per quote)

My contract was finally cancelled be it more than a month later than requested, but I left it at that. My contract was then also converted to pre-paid and sim card never used since.

I later discovered that my account was handed over to Vodacom legal department several months later - despite making numerous calls and sending emails communicating the above. These same calls have been recorded. These same emails saved, including the original attachments for the quotes supp**** by Vodacom at the time and my instructions.

I was horrified and disgusted to find out that my account is now with VVM Debt Collectors and the amount outstanding is R4,675.45

Is this how attentive Vodacom are to their customers ? Is this how good customers are treated ?

This means that all my effort, time and money over the last 6 to 7 months have been wasted. I have done my part. I think it's now time that Vodacom do their part. By this meaning, Vodacom accept that they have made a mistake and repair any damage done to my credit record because of their carelessness.

I don't believe this is the image you wish to portray. Please contact me with feedback and a plan of action on how you are goint to rectify your mistake.

Thank you in advance.

Still nothing.

This just confirms that Vodacom can't care and customers are made to deal with the consequences of Vodacom's poor service.
