Failed to repair/replace a faulty phone!

I got a Sony Z1 phone on contract! As advertised the phone was waterproof under certain conditions. I used the phone within the specified conditions and the phone broke! I took the phone to a Vodacom repair centre in February 2015 for repair which Vodacom refused to do. So basically they sold me a phone with certain specs, but the phone didn't have that specs! So either Vodacom sold me a faulty phone or they sold it under false pretence! Anyways its been more than a year now! Vodacom fails to respond to my emails when I query the situation! The fail to respond to posts on their social media! And their customer care service is useless! I paid more than R7200 for the contract since the phone has been damaged! So I fed up with Vodacom and their service!
