Failed to process debit order and incorrect correction followed after agreement

Vodacom has failed , for the second time, to process my debit orders and without contacting me handed the account over for collection. After being pushed from person to person, eventually a lady in Legal stated to me that my debit order details were correct, but Vodacom had for whatever reason not processed the debit order, multiple times no less.

I then agreed that a corrective debit order should be run today (4th) but I received a phone call stating that my cash deposit had not been made. This is contrary to our agreement and I suggested that the consultant sort it out on Vodacom's end, because I had spoken to enough people and had more than held up my end of the bargain - I am still waiting for any confirmation on that issue.

I can't understand why Vodacom chose not to submit the debits orders in the first place and then why an agreement was not honoured by the person to whom I spoke last week.

I am more than willing to pay the amount immediately, but surely I cannot be expected to jump through hoops, especially after an agreement has been reached.

Following the message above, no one has yet made any contact. Apart from that, the lady to whom I spoke yesterday (and who assured me she would organise the debit order and then phone me yesterday) has also not yet made any contact.
