Failed to fulfill the promise, 2- 3 days to delivery equals to almost a month

I placed an order online on the 18 Feb 2019, to date no one has called me. I called vodacom and was told the order was returned when in fact no one contacted, i was then sent from pillar to post until i dropped the line after waiting for over 30 minutes. Is this the type of customer experience Vodacom gives to their customers. absolutely disgusted by the lack of follow up.
