Failed to call and confirm order

Hello I've been waiting for the confirmation call from vodacom since Monday no phone call for my order , when I call no body is giving me anything customers service is horrible I've been trying to call but they keep saying they will call please assist me because I'm starting to thing the order was delivered to someone else I'm ****med.
