Failed promises on Laptop contract

<p>Two months ago i took a contact with Vodacom for Laptop with Vodacom in Phoenix Plaza and up until today i haven't received the Laptop but they are already debiting me , for the month of May they even double debited me and they promised to refund me and still not done , secondly when i went to pick my Laptop they didnt had modem on store they had to order and i was asked to wait for 2 weeks , after 2 weeks went back and they didnt had Laptop and had to wait for another 3 weeks . in between no calls from they to update me what happening , i must always waist my petrol to get feedback .Last week i went back to them again and i was told the laptop doenst have microft but it was advertised with microsoft , they then refered me to the Guys buy the name of Sandile who promised to install microsoft on Monday and today is friday but still no feed back and still no Lapton . i am really tired of waiting , i need someone to tell me what happening or to cancel this contract and refund me .</p> <p> </p> <p>Your speedily respond will be Appreciated , ********** 948</p>
