Failed debit order

How does a funeral policy debit order affect my credit score? How can i be declined just because funeral policies had an unsuccessful debit order.

I get paid on the 25th and if it falls on a Saturday, unlike other companies we get paid on the Saturday and that causes debit orders to fail for other companies. Please assist, and provide reasons other than this as to why my application for a contract phone was declined
