Failed contract cancellation.

impossible to cellphone contract with Vodacom. I have requested the cancellation of three numbers from Vodacom. Although I have written an e-mail requesting cancellation and have called *** I have not been able to cancel these contracts. All three contracts have ended in 2021.

After calling *** I received two SMS's stating the following: You will receive an SMS and Email with your cancellation or conversion date. Until such time, your Vodacom Contract Cancellation is not confirmed.

I have tried sendiing an email on the 3rd of December 2021, phoned and sent an email on the 2nd of Feb 2022 all without success and Vodacom just keeps deducting money and has still not cancelled my contract.
