failed contract

I called Vodacom after using the online service to order a phone. The agent then asked for my details and put me on "hold" where she hung up. Her name was Nicolene. Then an apparent manager Kelly promised me the phone plus a PS4 as compensation along with 20 gigs of free data across 4 months and that was not the case. No data was loaded and the phone that was sent was wrong. Then I returned the phone and PS4 only to be told by the next agent that for the original phone I requested to be sent my contract would go up in cost by R200. Vodacom changed the agreed upon contract and the compensation only to try and make more money off me. I then called to have the contract cancelled when the agent assured me the contract would be cancelled and my money returned in 7 working days. That was 15 days ago. A few days ago i had more money taken from my account as a debit order and then when I called in again the next agent told me the money would be returned in 10-14 working days. Every time I called in I got a different story. I am so ****ed off with Vodacom and the PATHETIC service. I demand my money back by the end of this week and for a higher management to contact me, not some clown that has a managers title and has no actual power.
