Fail to return money that they deducted after account was fully paid up

Most useless bunch off incompitent help desk staff i have ever dealt with.they owe my daughter R832 which was was deducted in error as account was paid in full they promised to pay amoint back and 5 months later and nothing has happened when you go through to help desk my daughter was on over an hour there service is a joke once they have your money they dont give a damn
