Fail to refund R2074
I am out of ideas with Vodacom. I've been trying for 6 months to get my refund out of them , without any luck. Even after numerous mail from them confirming that they do owe me and the amount , they just do not refund the money they owe. R2074 . I've spoken to our regional HO , still no luck. Could someone please advise how to convince them to settle to get this out of our lives for good.
