Faheem asfat

Hi guys , I'm so disappointed in vodacom and its Customer service call centre , I spoke to a Gentlemen named Faheem he is a team leader, the young fella promised me a call back 2 weeks ago and when I called in today , he promised to give me a callback. This team leader needs to get some sort of punishment , I'm not happy his full name is Faheem Asfat. And where ever the Contracts Customer service call centre is needs to get shutdown they not doing there jobs probably.
