Factory Fault Phone repaired and returned damaged
I bought an S6 Edge from Vodacom Centurion,25 April. 4 weeks later it stopped working while I was in Cape Town. As the phone couldnt do anything I booked it into Vodacom Tygervalley on 28 May (Job no: ***9) The phone took more than a month to repair and Chantel (CRM Department) arranged for the phone to be collected in Sandton as I was no longer in CT. I collected the phone on 4 July.

At home I looked carefully at the phone and noticed that the repair centre damaged it around the back edges while removing the cover! This is completely unacceptable as I handed in a brand new phone with no damage and received a damaged phone in return after more than a month of it being at the repair centre.

I went to Vodacom in Brooklyn yesterday and spoke to Colette who informed me that I need to take it back to the Vodacom that repaired it which is logistically impossible as I am no longer in CT! This also means I will be without my phone again! At this point my phone has been with Vodacom longer than it has been with me! I am cancelling my debit order until this matter is resolved and I want a new phone as it had a factory fault & also the battery is still giving me issues after the repair!
