Faceless Nameless Helpless Vodacom part 2

The ***** Analysis Department, Vodacom

A third set of ********** actions started tonight, 22 March 2017 on my wife’s phone which is linked to my account.

My wife received 6 messages at 8:15 and 8:30 pm, indicating that twin call, connetion fee and SIM Card generic has been activated.

I have logged a ***** call at 10:19 pm tonight to the Vodacom call centre. The reference number 1- ********** **********

It is one ***** case after the other that we have to report. In the meanwhile because the cases are still under investigation, “nothing” can be done to the account, yet the ********** have free reign on my account. To date nobody has contacted me to give me an update about the investigation or to state that my account has been rectified. This is totally unacceptable.

As demanded in my letter to Vodacom dated 19 March 2017, I need need Vodacom to close my account with immediate effect and I want Vodacom to send me proof of the cancellation.

Oh and Vodacom, if you take the trouble to read this, stop writing meaningless replies. Start acting on what is requested.

Johan Maritz
