FACELESS NAMELESS HELPLESS VODACOM CALL CENTRE

********** actions took place on my Vodacom account (30 Jan 17 to 4 Feb 17).

Trying to stop further activity on a violated account was a nightmare. I work an hour’s drive away from home.

I had to send a signed affidavit Vodacom ***** analysis and documents departments. Again, no personal feedback, just an auto-reply. The Jan/Feb ********** actions seem to have been resolved based on the Feb Invoice.

But guess what?....In spite of a flag to prevent any online transactions on my account, yet another set of ********** actions took place on my account (28 Feb 17 to 1 Mar 17).

The first list of ********** actions included: change of contact phone number, change of address, cancellation of data package and upgrade to phone package, top-of-the-range I-phone package including TV, educational voucher, same day delivery, sim swop. The second list included an uChoose Flexi 200 and uChoose Flexi 350.

It is alarming that:

Vodacom has no control in place to prevent online transactions when a prohibition flag has been set.
That repeat ********** actions can take place, 2 months in a row, on a single account.
That the ********** have the audacity to repeat their ********** actions one month later.
In January 2017, there was a connection fee of R 85.09 charged. Connection fee for what?
I have incurred R70 sim swap costs when I had to reverse the ********** sim swop. When will I be reimbursed?
I tried to cancel the data sim card, but due to the ***** case, was not able to do that. The ***** department was supposed to contact me in this regard. Up to date, I have not received feedback. When will I receive feedback about this first case?
When will I receive feedback about the second case?
I have spent 3 Saturdays and a week morning at the Vaal Vodashop. I and the kind Vaal Vodashop employees have made numerous calls from within the Vodashop to the Vodacom call centre. The Vodacom call centre wasted my time since I eventually ended up to people that cannot or would not help me.

I am a highly frustrated and unhappy customer. My time to sort this out cannot be valued in money.

In order for me to mitigate my own risk, caused by repeat ********** actions within Vodacom and their inability to communicate properly, I am forced to demand Vodacom to reverse all the ********** actions and to cancel my account.
