F*** Vodacom

Where do I start... I called in to cancel my contract as I've been receiving terrible service from the Vodacom stores, especially Tygervalley. The consultant I spoke to on the phone told me that the stores are franchised owned blah blah blah, but ultimately convinced me that Head Office is much better to deal with and convinced me to upgrade. I asked that he cancels the insurance as I was not getting new devices. The deals that he gave to me on the phone would add up to about R190.00 and some change. To my surprise when I checked my bank statement, R263.00 had been deducted. The insurance was never cancelled and they charged me MORE for the contracts as to what was agreed to on the phone when I did the upgrade. I am SO tired of dealing with this trash company.
