Extremly unhappy client

<p>I purchased 1GB data on the 16th December 2016. The data was depleted on the 18th because on the 19th in the morning I had no data which is very strange becase I know exactly how to manage my data. I had all my apps off except for whatsapp and 1GB normaly last me for 2 to 3 weeks at most.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had sent snip shorts to ********** to show him that I even reserted my data statistics so that I can keep track of how much data I have used and it shows that I have used 405MB of data.</p> <p> </p> <p>Even after this I kept buying airtime transfering it to data and still may data would vanish. I am currently without data or airtime bacuse everytime I load, I am just waisting with my money.</p> <p>I have called vodacom 5 times on the 19th regarding this and today I callea again and I was told that I have to wait for 7 days for my answer. So basically I must waiste my money every day until the seven days end because I cannot do anything on my iphone without data. I have had this I phone since July 2015, I know exactly how to operate it and I will be due for an upgrade in 2 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is very dissapointing because no one can solve this, I am sent from pillar to post without any answers.</p> <p>Here are my reference numbers for today:</p> <p>Ref: 1-mqustrsk</p> <p>Ref: 1- ********** 965897</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this to end and enjoy my phone as I used to.
