Extremely weak LTE service in parts of Potchefstroom

I have three Vodacom contracts using different devices (one iPhone and two Huawei routers) and they are completely useless in the Potchefstroom area. Network connectivity is so weak, I had to wait to get home to use another network to be able to post this review. The connection is so weak, I cannot even run a Speed Test most of the time.

When I was finally able to run a Speed Test today, I could not even get a 1 MBPS download speed. This is specifically in the Bult Area (near the university) in Potchefstroom.

I have phoned Vodacom customer service and they did a "Network Synchronisation" which did not help at all. Also promised to phone me back at a specific time and then only phoned an hour later when I was in a meeting.

This is clearly a network issue (because it is experienced on 3 different devices). I want to cancel all my Vodacom contracts immediately because their network is useless in this area.
