Extremely upset with Vodacom

Vodacom used to be amazing but their standards have become terrible. Besides robbing people with HIGH data and airtime rates, half the consultants that I've had the misery of dealing with have been nothing but rude and terrible altogether. I have been with Vodacom for 15 years and have also had more than 5 telephone contracts with them. The one time I show interest in a product that they have they turn me down. The sales lady I had been put through was not friendly at all, neither was their manager. It was very difficult to speak with her and I felt she was very irritated by me. The area that I live in never has Vodacom network coverage so much so that I have had to buy another cellphone that has a different network because the Vodacom coverage is absolutely useless most times! After 15 years of loyalty and support they do not even try and go the extra mile to assist me on the first request I had for them. When my contracts that still run with them are over I will change networks. And I will make sure everyone I know does the same. I am really dissapointed and dissatisfied to say the least. Vodacom Sucks!!!
