Extremely unreleased with services -Vodaworld

I have bought my phone and contract at Nashua, just after that Nashua moved my contract to vodacom.<br> My device screen then stopped working.<br> I have called Vodaworld to get assistants to get a price as to how much it will cost to repair my device.<br> but they refused to help me saying I have to come in to the shop to get helped.<br> I had to travel all the way there just to be ignored by half of the staff playing on their phones.<br> after seeing a consultant I was just turned way as they say my device is purchases at Nashua and I must call them and get proof of purchases before they will help.<br> <br> This is real extremely bad and very unhelpful, I will it is a race thing as I was handled very rudely where other where treated with service where I had to ask twice to be helped.<br> <br> I am still not getting the full amount of data as per my contract for the last year and I have complained about it and still awaiting for this to be fixed.<br> <br> This is really bad as I will make it my mission to make vodacom's name bad and refer people to different cell provider
