Extremely Unhappy client

A month ago my note 4 (on contract by Vodacom) fell and my touch pad damaged in the process. The next day I went to my closet Vodacom store, explained what had happened also explained that I had insurance taken out with Vodacom(one of the highest bands). The consultant informed me it could take 5 to 7 working days , at the time I had no other phone to fall on in the meantime and decided to wait a month out as I was due for a upgrade in October as told by the consultant. I then called Vodacom data in Cavendish several times after each other with no answer this being just after 9am on a Monday morning. Eventually got through and ask if she could double check that my upgrade was due, she confirmed that this information was correct and that I could come in on the 1st of October. I went into Vodacom Cavendish in October to book my note 4 in and upgrade my phone for the consultant to tell me that I could only do the upgrade the 31st of October! The 1st of November I called bayside Vodacom again just after 9 with no answer I tried again just before 11 and eventually got thrpugh. I then asked her if they had a iphone 7 available in rose gold which was a no and said that she had a 32g in black, I asked if she could keep the phone aside for me and that I would collect it after work later that week . I called that day to confirm that all is in order and again another negative from Vodacom, no the iPhone has been sold. I called the Vodacom paddocks store and woow an immediate answer to my phone call and a yes to the iPhone ive been waiting for ,I asked about my insurance ,all is well and I visit the store that day after work to hit another negative by Vodacom! At this point I started questioning why the### I'm still with Vodacom, a client for almost 8 years and I just meet one disappointment after the other!!! I can't upgrade to the iPhone 7 because the system says the package is to big for me ??? So I pay Vodacom R1000+ every month and you telling me I can't have package of R629 pm vreken kidding me. I fought back and forth for a week eventually I call in and I get told i can have any package but because I pay cash and not on debit order I'm a high risk client! Like I said I am client for almost 8 years , the guy(Ridaar) before that ,that put me through to the upgrade department told me they won't give me the upgrade because i have missed a few payments?I am 100%sure if that was the case I would not be able to use my the number as Vodacom would surely suspend my line. The guy in the upgrade department tells me what device Vodacom will give me at this stage and that I need to pay in on this device,me needing to book my note 4 in I take the upgrade with the pay in(not a phone I would have even looked at taking) but anything to get my note 4 sorted .I also changed from cash to debit order so that I can take out the iPhone ,3months there after. I booked my phone in last Thursday they told me it would take 7 working days. Yesterday not just did I get a SMS to say that I needed to pay in R4100 to fix my touch pad which I was quoted for by Samsung for round about the same price, if I had to do it myself .Like I was told by mishkah "on one of the highest bands" so if that's what I was quoted by Samsung what is my insurance actually paying here?? I also got a notification saying that Vodacom has done a debit order for the 1000+ i already paid cash at Vodacom Cape Town store! After they assured me on Friday that my debit order will only go off on the 7th of Dec!!!When asked to reverse the money into my account, i get told i need to wait 24 to 48 hrs for someone to call me back and tell me if it's approved and when they can do it ?!! I'm extremely disgusted in the service given I will not recommend Vodacom to anyone and all this after I told friends I will never change to their networ because Vodacom is so good! I am disappointed disgusted and no longer feel that I want to be with Vodacom!
