EXTREMELY, UNBELIEVABLE ATROCIOUS SERVICE

Vodacom changed my monthly repayment terms of my contract without my consent. I had been paying a fixed amount for 4 consecutive months which was then increased. When I took out the contract Vodacom did not say the price is subject to change every 4 months further more it will not be communicated with you just sneaked into your invoice (because they are absolute ******), to make matters worse I spoke to a highly condescending Call Centre Agent from Vodacom named Maria who refused to hear me out and just wanted to force her way on me. I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer since 2007 and now I will be changing Networks.
