Extremely rude manageyI have ever seen
On the 19th of December 2015, I bought a USB charging cable at the Rent a phone shop at OR Tambo International airport. Sadly it only functioned for just two days. On the 12th of February, I a chance to go back to the airport. On arrival at the shop, I spoke to a certain lady, explained my situation and asked if there was a way they could best assist with the situation as I have a cable that's not working and the only proof that I have that it was brought there is the information on the bank statement. She said she was going to talk to her manager about it and revert back to me, which she did. The manager (Paul Labuschagne) sent her back n forth several times. He finally came and told me how busy he was on the phone with a customer as if I was not a customer. I asked him if I was not a customer and he responded by saying that's not important and asked what my problem was in a very condescending manner already. I told him I didn't like the way he spoke to me, I told him not to brush me off, he just became blatantly rude unnecessary to a point of telling me, there is nothing he can do, I must go and have a nice day. Is that how Vodacom managers are trained to talk to customers?
