Extremely poor service. They don't even care about the life of the My daily life

I have been with Vodacom for more than 8 years . Recently I lost my job of which couldn't be able to pay them , to date I'm owing them R1298 for my two data acounts. Two days back I called them to even make arrangement to pay that amount by month end. The problem is they now suspended my line , can't even make calls to my family which is far away, can't call my car tracker in terms of emergency for a mere R1.2, I feel they are only concern by making money out us but cant accommodated us in difficult times. Poor Vodacom will make sure all my family members and friends will no longer be part of Vodacom for good .
