EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE & NO STOC****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SECOND REVIEW!!! My partner and I purchased the package at Vodacom Greenstone Chatz which entails : - Samsung S8 - J5 Prime - S Gear VR 3 It has been over 2MONTHS now since we have made this purchase of the full package and we have yet to recieve the VR Gear. The debit successfully went off YET we have still NOT recieved any stock nor have we recieved an update from the consultant who made this sale (LORENZO). We recieved an SMS from Vodacom stating they recieved our previous complaint and that the 'State County Specialist' will get back to us. It has been more than two weeks, if not 3, and we have yet to recieve any help. Are we suppopse to deal with the directors now, deal with the media opr how does this work? No one seems to take interest in the bad service we are recieving and what a bad name Vodacom has now. We are close to cancelling everything with Vodacom. This is not on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
