Extremely poor service from Vodacom Business

Extremely poor service Vodacom business i have been a vodacom business customer for over 10 years they have been charging me for services i havent used eventually after numerous calls / emails they have refunded me . now from jan 2020 they have started charging me again logged a query 3 weeks now to date no reponse
