Extremely poor service from Vodacom and they ***** my money

Good morning.

Reference to the call I made this weekend explaining to Vodacom my issue.

This is only a reminder , they promised to have it fixed by Wednesday. Still no answer or call from Vodacom 18 December 2023.

The issue was my monthly installment that went up with about R800 per month.

This happened after Vodacom called me saying I have old contracts and they MIGRATE it with features we use more in these days.

As per recordings they said it's going to cost me cheaper.

Please fix this Extremely sad , won't pay or upgrade my Vodacom anymore.
