Extremely Poor service from Vodacom
<p>I am in desperate need of assistance by Vodacom in connection with phone records. I have been trying for a week to get hold of my records. A request has been logged with a ref. nr. given to me on Friday - with a promise that I will receive what I need by mail within 4-24hours. The same yesterday with NO results. I have fought, pleades and begged, but no service from Vodacom!!!! I am an extremely unhappy client - with quite a few contracts at Vodacom. I don't think it is worth spending my money at a company which does not care!</p>
