Extremely poor service for new Vodacom Contract application

Since October 2019 I have been trying to get a contract with Vodacom. The only reason for getting this contract is to make use of a company subsidy offered only with Vodacom. I have been refused a contract with Vodacom for a year now with the following reasons: - A previously closed contract with Vodacom was not correctly closed on Vodacom side and therefore the application was refused. I had to gather a number of documents to get this closed account of my records. The Vodacom dealer asked that I wait for at least 3 months before applying. - Online application was rejected because I was a few days early from the 3 month waiting period and had to wait another 3 months. - Second online application was done over a month ago and no feedback received and no agent contacted me. - Today, when I called in to apply for the fourth time the agent informed me that they can see that no action was taken on the previous application and the application had lapsed. They now have 3 different accounts linked to my name and therefore I am not able to take out this fourth application. I am now concerned that this poor administrative issues at Vodacom will affect my credit history.

There is no helpful service via the physical shops or online team. Vodacom has extremely poor customer service and I will not recommend their services to anyone.
