Extremely poor service

If I could rate this place less than one star i would do that. I upgraded my contract in November 2020 and the correct deal was not processed by the sales consultant. I then went through weeks of trying to contact Nkululeko Dladla to have this corrected to no avail. I subsequently requested the return of the phone and this guy sent the courier to the incorrect address and i was due to go on holidayso requested that they rather collect it when i return from holiday as they were taking too long to process this return. I am now being charged for the phone they failed to collect from me. The service recieved from this sales consultant is utterly apauling as he never calls back on the multiple call backs sent to him, I have to phone in for updates and was never once contacted by him for an update and he could send the courier to the correct address to deliver the phone but sends them to the incorrect address to collect.

Contacting the vodacom call centre is the most frustrating task as call agents just cut your call when they cannot assist then you have to call to a different agent each time. I have been a vodacom custermor for 19 years and will be switching to MTN when my currect contracts expire as the service i recieved there was exeptional.
