Extremely poor service.

I have never had such a poor service with passion.

I wanted to sign a new laptop contract with Vodacome. I was vetted and approved. At first I wanted to do all the application online, I filled in my details for nearest vodacome outlet Vodacome Loch Logan (waterfront) to call me. A week and days went buy and no phone call from them. I went to the store on 9th Jan 24, filled in the vetting form and I was told that they will order the laptop and it will be delivered by Friday 12 Jan 24. I was so happy and couldn't wait to receive he device. To my surprise, no communications from vodacome from Friday 12 Jan 24, I called them more than 20 times no reply. I thought to my self let me give them until Monday maybe they will call back. Comes Monday 15 Jan,, phone call "Dololo" Tuesday 16 Jan, Phone call "Dololo". On Wednesday I called the outlet again Around 08h30 and spoke to the lady by the name kailey. She was not that bad but told me that the person who helped me in the store will call me back, as she was still attending to other client, 16h00 no phone call from Vodacom loch logan I then phoned them again and got kailey again. She told me another excuse that the lady who helped me is out on lunch and will be back in ten minutes.

Today is Thursday 18 Jan. I called the store again and I was told that the item is out of stock and they don't know when they will receive the stock. After I clearly told her that the laptop was for my daughter's school. Mxm. I went online to try online application in a hope that I will get a better service, this useless lady referred me back to the store where I receive a very poor and disappointing service.

I'm not gonna beg to do business with vodacome. They can go to hell for all I care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
