extremely poor service

I sent my phone in for repairs multiple times and when I received my phone back I noticed it was not fixed properly and in fact there was more things wrong with it than before. I also attempted to communicate with them but was met with no cooperation. I am very displeased with the service I have received and something should be done about this.
