Extremely poor service

Vodacom is the most *********** company that I've ever deal with. Customer service can't help you to change payment detail, transfer you to the next *********** accounts department! After hours on the phone, nobody is capable to help you.<br> Even their website is as bad as the people that works there. It is constantly full of technical errors.<br>
