Extremely Poor Newtork

Since the start of the National Lockdown cellphone reception has been EXTREMELY poor. Calls have dropped only almost every phone call. For a provider that charges exorbitant fees for having, supposedly, the best network, it has been utterly useless and frustrating. Please sort this out! Not even the decency to communicate to customers about the poor network coverage? Essential service? I think not!
