Extremely poor network coverage
I recently moved to the Paulshof area, the network here is HORRIBLE! I miss multiple direct calls and my phone's signal bars are always on "SOS".
Of course I logged a complaint with Vodacom and they have not yet dealt with my query but keep saying they'll provide me feedback once the issue is resolved. They had the audacity to even close my query ticket and mark it as solved. This was so baffling to me as the query wasn't solved, when I brought this to their attention they said I must...yup you guessed it continue to await feedback.
Missing so many important direct calls, its such a horrible experience.
