Extremely Poor Customer Service - re Upgrades and Call Centre

<p>I have just about had it with Vodacom!! Since they have taken over Altech Autopage, their service has been the worse I have ever experienced in my life. I have been an Altech Autopage customer for over 10yrs, and sadly Vodacom bought them over. I have not experienced a single positive service in any form from them. It goes from bad to worse!! What a sad reflection of such a big company that I was once so proud to be apart of. Their call centre agents as well as their Upgrade departments have NO telephone ettiquette....they are loud, rude and have no way of talking on the phone, neverminding not actually helping a person. I am still waiting for somebody to call me back. I cannot wait for my contract to expire in order to port to a different service provider. </p>
