Extremely poor consultant

I had a new contract set up with Vodacom then 5 days later no contract nor swim swap was activated and reason being: the sales consultant \forgot"to hand in my application forms. This caused a great inconvenience for me due to business reasons and when i phoned to find out what was happening"
